If you are following me in social media – you probably know that from April I started my new Yoga tracker. In my Rhodia Notebook (link on amazon) I created a 30-day tracker which I divided into blocks: 5 min, 7 min, 10 min and 15 min workouts. My first 5 minute block is almost done and I already skipped couple days in it (shame to me!), I will not give up!
