Damaged or Incorrect Notebook

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at joiethings@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect items, packaging, and any other relevant details. We will promptly arrange a replacement and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for new, unused items. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a flat rate of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping cost. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
