What everybody ought to know about easy Daffodil drawing in your bullet journal

Everyone loves flowers, each in its own way.  Someone likes meadow flowers, others are crazy about roses.  I adore when people draw flowers with a bunch of small details and make total copy of real flower, it seems like a little more and you can take it in your hand and hold it.  In my weekly plans I try to use only those flowers that won’t take a lot of time.  Daffodils were never easy for me, it seemed to me that it was simply not possible to display their beauty with quick and easy performance.

In weekly April plan I did the unreal for myself.  Here they are, little daffodils with step-by-step instructions from my simplified style. 

Materials: JoieThings Dot Grid Notebook, Winsor & Newton Watercolor, Tombow MONO Drawing pens (#1, #3, #5)

I drew them in watercolor and added details with pens (you can find my pen recommendations in “What you need to know to find right pen for your bullet journal” post ) what is very easy to do in JoieThings dot grid notebooks.  High quality paper allows you to draw in your plans without worrying that the drawing will appear on the next page.

All sketch lines I did with dash line, you need to erase them after drawing.

I recommend to do five petals, five corner petals and one in the middle.

I did extra lines for right petal, what will add some volume.

I used daffodil in full growth to fill the space near the notes but you can fill it with useful trackers or other important plans for you and decorate them with magnificent mini daffodils.
