Shipping Policy

JoieThings is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Once you place an order, we will immediately start production of your item and prepare it for shipping. It usually takes 1 – 2 business days, but we have an option during checkout to expedite this process.

Once your item is ready and securely packaged, we hand it off to one of our trusted shipping providers. Depending on your location, shipping time will vary from 3 to 5 business days. Please note during the holiday season it may take a little longer for the it to arrive ( unfortunately we cannot control this delay but we do our best to send out items as quickly as possible ).

International orders take longer to arrive. We do our best to make sure the process is smooth and quick but it takes time for items to travel across the globe. In some cases, we can work with our partners in UK and Australia to process orders a little quicker. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
